How to manage the Online Sporting TV Portal

We will provide you with full training for the software and full support to help you if you have any queries. The system has been developed for marketers rather than technical members of staff, so it is very intuitive and easy to use.

The system will enable you to add as many channels as you wish by clicking the Add Channel button and providing a title for each channel. Once these are set up you are able to upload your videos and select which channel they are to sit within. Our highly advanced upload system enables you to upload any video format and size and it will automatically analyze it and re in code it to a suitable format and size. It will also create multiple versions of the video, so that visitors with a slower bandwidth connection can view the video with the least amount of buffering possible.

Mini Players

Once you have uploaded the video you will be able to view it from within the system and select a short clip of the video to create a ‘Mini Player’. This is a 5 or 6 second teaser clip that can be inserted anywhere on your existing website or any other external website to draw traffic to your video portal.

These ‘Mini Players’ will be provided to you as a small block of code so that you can insert it into your website, just like you would with You Tube. Take a look at some of the 'Mini Players' below...

You will also be able to use a single url to add into your newsletters to promote particular videos. This will provide the user with a direct link straight to an individual video, which will then be surrounded by the rest of your videos and brand. Being able to use these encrypted links is another great way of driving additional traffic to your online TV portal.

To initially set up your online TV portal we would advise you to have at least 4 channels with 5 videos with in each. This will ensure that all the slots are filled so it will look full. From here, both channels and programs can grow as you obtain more video footage.
